Workshop A-H:

This workshop provides foundational training to recognize, de-escalate, and—if necessary—defend against physical violent encounters. Because such situations trigger shock to our emotional and physiological systems, our logical brain often gets bypassed, leaving us reliant on primal, instinctive reactions.
Instead of relying on complicated martial arts techniques, we work with your brain and body’s natural responses under high stress. Through practical theory, visualization, video analysis, and realistic scenario training, you’ll learn to trust and use your instincts safely and effectively—while having some fun along the way! 🙂
The method draws on scientific research and practical use by professionals across many fields—schoolteachers, security personnel, and special forces alike. No worries, we won't be doing any pushups, unless everyone really wants to....

Elder Erik Bernskov, a local seventy, will host a class and discussion about dealing with trials in our life, especially trials of faith. Do you want the spiritual highlights of the sabbath to feed into your Monday, this is the class to join.

Noelle Verrieras has more dancing skills to share and in this class we’ll learn to swing or be swung by our partner to almost any amazing beat you can find. So bring your dancing shoes and come have fun.

Ever heard about Bob Ross? Join this class where we will follow one of Bob Ross’ videos and create our own versions of his magical landscape paintings. Charlotte Haibrock will be there to set it up – and occasionally hit pause if necessary 😉

Workshop 1-8:

Do you love singing?
Pop songs, catchy canons, beautiful harmonies — does that sound like your kind of fun?Join us for a relaxed, feel-good choir workshop where we explore the magic of polyphonic voices, challenge our brains just a little with playful body percussion, and simply enjoy the joy of singing together.
No pressure, no performance — just pure vocal joy. Come and let your voice blend, your soul soar, and experience how music connects and uplifts.
"FREE OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES"
Play kubb, Volleyball, go Kayaking, SUP or cycling, play some instruments, swim in the ocean, practice your social skill, play some boardgames or... take a nap... 🙂
