Did you know that the ancient Germanic religion contains remarkable parallels to Christianity?
Elder Russell M. Nelson taught: "Portions of the gospel have been preserved in many cultures. Even heathen mythologies have been enriched by fragments of truth from earlier dispensations." ("Blessed are the Peacemakers," October 2002).
Join us for an interactive exploration of these scriptural connections while gathered in the lands where the sagas say mythic figures like Odin and Thor established realms. Viewing these stories through the lens of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ is sure to bring inspiring insights to Latter-day Saints and reveal how these ancient myths continue to influence our modern world.
